The harm of tobacco smoking to human health cannot be over emphasised but it is very surprising that despite intensive campaign to stop or reduce it, result have not been encouraging. Again after every advertisement/television jingles in Nigerian media there is always a statement of advice to listener not to smoke. Unfortunately this has not worked.
