Terrorrism in Nigeria: Which way forward?

Before the first bomb blast in Nigeria in 1986, the most populous black nation in the world has no fear of bomb blast. Unfortunately, it is becoming a common occurence. Some have said that if you reduce the level of poverty then bomb blast will naturally reduce or end. I hope leaders in Nigeria government are listening?
