''Despite meltdown, the rich are getting richer'' At least it is better for those in developed countries where these rich men are giving out to help the poor.

Comment: Those in developed worlds will not find it difficult to cheer the energy and knowledge these men invested to have to keep their wealth because in one way or another there are little ways something is coming back as help to the poor. For Africa, it is a different story. The poor are further impoverished for the rich to continue to get richer. The game is give to those in government in order to continue to get government contracts and enjoy doing businesses even at the expense of the poor.
